Susan Gitt, Director / Co-Founder of Westwood Net Lease Advisors

Susan Gitt graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a BS in Special Education in 1973.

Shortly after, Susan became a part owner of Horn’s Haberdashery, an upscale men’s and women’s boutique in downtown Clayton, Missouri. After owning the store for 11 years, she went back to teaching for the Special School District of St. Louis. After 6 ½ years of teaching, she was offered a job with Ralph Lauren Eyewear, where she won several awards and became the top sales person in the country. In 1995, she became a director at the Schultz Company, a family owned lawn and garden manufacturing company which sold 6 years later. In 2001, Susan became business partners with her husband, Jeffrey Gitt, in Westwood Net Lease Advisors, where she has played a key role in helping Westwood become one of the top 1030 investment property sales companies in the United States. Along the way Susan has earned a Series 63 and Series 22 securities licenses allowing her the unique ability to sell both conventional and securitized real estate.
